Justin Miller created his version completely independently. 

Glenn West has played with the idea in the past but never published it, he contacted us on Instagram. His video from 10 years ago shows a shared consciousness. 

Glenn also notified of us a thread from 2006 on the Magic Cafe that mentions Alan Rorrison's IMPROMPTU coin in bottle. We can't find a video of it online anywhere or a performance, but it's worth crediting Alan for playing with the concept. As Alan's and Justin's sound similar.
