This is an entirely clean piece of magic I've been using for years. It is a 2-phase routine, which is not purely mentalism, but is well beyond the realm of typical card magic. 

The first phase is a simple transposition. And the second phase is where things get strange - a thought of card or emotion is transferred from one person to another, and ends with a physical transformation, which is symbolic of that emotion.
